Michael is a fabulous yoga instructor in person and via Zoom! I did a 1 on 1 restorative class with Michael via zoom and it left me feeling amazing and gave me the best sleep I've had in a long time. Thank you Michael

I just completed my first ever yoga class. I have always been too nervous to go to a class as I'm a fidgety person and am never quiet. How great is online!! Michael explained everything so even a first timer can understand. I learned my balance and leg strength from karate is there.. however I think I need to learn to breathe I will be participating again!! Thank you Michael I feel great!!

Michael is an amazing teacher. He has such a great knowledge about the yoga practice but he never assumes that knowledge for others. Michael always takes time to teach you the reason for everything we do in class and encourages you to listen to your body. In physical classes Michael uses consent cards to make sure people can clearly express if they want physical adjustments or not which removes a lot of stress for people. Michael is seriously the best yoga teacher I've experienced.
Traditionally taught as a more gentle practice, focussing on breathing, Hatha yoga aids flexibility. A practice suited to all body types and experience levels.
Based around Hatha Yoga, Slow Flow looks to develop strength and endurance in our muscles. A balance between upper and lower body strength joint mobility and mindfulness.
A technique class , based around the functions of poses, alignment and mindfulness. Whether you are new to yoga, would like to expand your yoga knowledge or an experienced yogi looking for new depth in your practice this class is for you.
A gentle mostly floor based practice, where poses are held for between 3-7 minutes. Focussing on breathing, this mindful practice aims to encourage a relaxed state. Beginners are always welcome to this compassionate practice.
Restorative Yoga looks to provide space for you to truly restore your mind and body. Looking for a place of comfort rather than challenge, we hold poses for 10 plus minutes to explore the breath and mindful stillness.
A flowing practice where the yoga poses move seamlessly from one to another, incorporating a flowing breath with each movement.
Now specialising in Yoga for emotional resilience and Yoga for pelvic health.
These modalities allow me to tailor classes for specific groups and individuals. Whether you want to practice privately, one on one or in a group, I can design a class to suit your requirements.
